PUNGUZA KITAMBI & UNENE WEWE MWENYEWE KWA RATIBA ZIFUATAZO;
Hapa nakuletea ratiba ya kupunguza unene/uzito kwa muda wa siku saba kwa kutumia lishe maalum;
  1. Siku ya kwanza asubuhi kula matunda(lakini katika matunda hayo usile ndizi).Mchana chemsha kabichi,weka chumvi kidogo na nyanya na upate supu kisha kula mchanganyiko huo.Jioni kula tikiti maji na mboga mboga au kabichi uliyotengeneza mchana.
  2. Siku ya pili kula mboga za majani asubuhi (usile mboga za majani zenye wanga kama karoti).Mchana kula kabichi iliyochemshwa ,tengeneza na kachumbari.katika kabichi weka chumvi,pilipili na mafuta ya olive.Jioni unaweza kula mlo kama wamchana lakini unaweza kukaanga mboga nyingineza majani.
  3. Siku ya tatu kula mboga za majani na matunda ,unaweza kuongeza kiazi kitamu kimoja .
  4. Siku ya nne kula ndizi moja na unywe na maziwa ya mtindi wakati wa asubuhi ,Mchana kula kabichi kama ulivyoitengeneza kwenye siku ya kwanza,usiku rudia mlo wa mchana.
  5. Siku ya tano kula nyanya nn pamoja na samaki au kipande cha kuku asubuhi.Mchana unaweza kula samaki wa kuchemsha kiasi ambayeamechanganywa na nyanya.Wakati wa jioni unaweza kula chakula kama cha mchana.
  6. Siku ya sita unaweza kula chakula cha protin na mboga za majani.Anza siku kwa kula kachumbari asubuhi.Mchana kula tambi kiasi na kipande kidogo cha samaki.Usiku tengeneza supu ya kabichi.
  7. Siku ya saba anza kwa matunda na juisi,Mchana kula mboga za majani na usiku kula supu ya kabichi na kiazi kimoja.
NB: Unatakiwa kunywa maji angalau glasi nne kila siku.Dayati hii ni kwa siku saba tu.
